No he does not! Every server admin has control of it's own of the server. @Gargron creates the source code the admins use on their server

Like when Gab was joining the fediverse most server admin blocked the instance so they wouldn't reach us anymore ❤️

@Inaquietrage Yess luckily, the software needs to be "standalone" so it's a good alternative!
Ah no sorry! Changing a handle would break federation unfort so that's not possible. You can create a new account and migrate the followers/followings and lists!
