obs is great though, it's super flexible and can handle pretty much any game you throw at it

@senbonzakura obs has all sorts of options so you can pretty much do whatever you need with it, it'll capture everything happening on the same system with no hassle

capturing stuff happening on a console is a bit trickier? personally i mostly record switch games, and i use the proprietary elgato software for that at the moment because there's no standalone macos driver for my capture device â€‹

i'm considering switching to obs anyway just because it's that much more flexible tho. obs is very good

@senbonzakura 100% OBS. For recording anything on your computer screen, really.
