You can follow people from these other servers and you can even move your account (incl. your followers) to another server. Beyond that server stuff the UI should be familiar enough, there's a lot of mobile apps.

@o0oThiago0o0 @Gargron No - your account on mastodon.social can only be used with mastodon.social.

However, you can follow anyone on Fedi from Masto, even Pixelfed accounts! Try doing that with Insta and Birdsite.
