had an idea for a fine art piece where i make a box like a medieval triptych but inside its a lunchbox with (left to right) a painting (emotional / visual), a meal (visual / olfactory / taste) and a speaker or a video (sound / visualll?????) that starts playing when it opens up

the aspects would link to a specific theme (the trip up a mountain i took today) with the painting being what i saw and felt, the food being what i ate and the sound being (literally) what i heard

thered be a performative element to it where i would present the box to someome and remove a (grey cloth?) covering
or if people eating food i cook is a covid risk, the performative aspect could be extended to me eating the food
though id probably in that case just let people smell the food

alternative performative element: presenting it like i was in a restauraant and finishing it with pepper and cheese and then pouring resin on it to preserve it forever
