what your favorite wing gundam suit/pilot pairings say about you—
• Duo & Deathscythe: goth gay
• Heero & Wing: jock gay
• Quatre & Sandrock: soft gay
• Trowa & Heavyarms: art gay
• Wufei & Nataku: edgy, possibly in denial about being gay

• Zechs & Epyon: inscrutable (gay)
• Treize & Tallgeese: bastard
• Noin (any): dyke whomst like uniforms
• Dorothy & Virgo dolls: drone kink lesbian

let me know if i missed someone ;2

in conclusion: all mecha anime, but this one in particular, is for the gays
@Sapphicgiraffic Have you checked out 00? IBO gets a lot of credit for having the first canon gay character in Gundam, but there's lots of great genderfucky stuff in 00 that just hits. It's also a spiritual modernization of Wing with all the edge you'd expect from it
@Sapphicgiraffic Big fan of the scene where they do the Cloud scene from FF7 almost beat-for-beat, but top it off with two rival pilots having a gay dance and taunting each other
@Cables imma hafta check that out
@Sapphicgiraffic They also got L'Arc-en-Ciel to do the opening, and it's got a space elevator. Everything I could ever want in a mecha anime. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNwQ37pZWiU

@Cables @Sapphicgiraffic Seconding everything said here about 00. It's great.
@bunny_jane @Cables more girls, i approve

@Sapphicgiraffic @Cables One of the Gundams is named after a Navajo word for trans, and it transforms.

The character designer is the person who made infamous yaoi manga Loveless.
