I wouldn't mind a federated full-scale blog network. A successor to sites like Tumblr and Blogspot
@Bruzer I really really want this. I was thinking of how a blogging software would work in this way, then realized that Quill and Write.As exist. The hard part is getting the network effect a bit. Because I want a better Medium with good writing.

@david There's a lot on my internet wish list. Including a federated artist-focused website to make deviantART finally obsolete

@Bruzer Yes, exactly this as well. I really wanna level up on things to get something like this going. There really should be better decentralized art sites that can still talk to each other directly
@david Social media in general should never have been centralized. I hope I live to see the end of corporate social media

Those of us who think that it's a bad idea are in the minority.

I only want sites to be able to talk to each other easier. Not making walled gardens
