An example of data protection law going too far?

Just updated a blogpost and quoted another individual. But because I am not a “professional journalist” under the meaning of French law, I do not enjoy any of the legal derogations made for balancing with freedom of expression.

It's 2020, anyone can publish online, and the French government is culturally stuck in the minitel-era.
