This could be a sign of things to come in November. Spencer Wetmore (D) flipped SC House District 115 in a special election Tuesday. He holds this seat until November when all SC House and Senate seats are up for reelection. If you're not familiar with SC politics this is a big deal because the Lowcountry has been a Republican stronghold for years. Oh, and did I mention Spencer is a woman? 😎
