@dashie I too would like to go back to plain text email, but if we forced all our clients to do that they'd be looking for a new IT provider that's for sure.

It might not be the best, or most fit for purpose solution, but if the users really want something, don't be surprised when they leave after you tell them not only no, but they're wrong too.

Lennart and the push against theming is like one person trying to stop the world using HTML emails.

Now HTML emails may not be the best, or most appropriate solution, but it's popular and now next to impossible to push against without losing market share.

Same with theming how he's approaching it pmuch.
