i say "hmmmmm. gross!" quite a bit in my daily life and very few people realize that i do it because of the john mulaney bit about how easy it used to be to get away with murder

@monorail there are so many little turns of phrase in my vocab like that that Have An Origin or that Are A Reference and at this point I'd be hard pressed to explain the origins of any of them.
