The one most irritating thing about twitter is when you're involved in a debate or discussion and both parties are quite irritated and want to put their point across....

but there's only 140 characters to up for use and you can't respond to someone in continuous prose without stopping and starting to compose new tweets. it leaves so much room for misunderstandings and miscommunication when you're not able to express your thoughts as clearly and concisely as possible.
