“Jury begins with judgements. They rule: 1. Aadhaar project was unconstitutional both in design and implementation. 2. Supreme Court was incorrect in ruling it as constitutional & didnt aptly apply proportionality test. 3. Aadhaar enables surveillance by function creep.”
