Keto garlic cheese toasty bread with mushroom soup and keto coconut cookies.

@Themadraseye Preparations:

cheese (I used mozarella because I had it on hand but harder cheeses may be even better), garlic, chilli flakes, herbs ground together into a "chutney" of sorts "to taste"

Mix [4 spoons of coconut flour, 1-2 of psyllium husk (less makes crunchier, more makes moister), salt, baking powder].

1-2 Egg whites, whipped nicely.

fresh cream 200ml or so.

To make (just before baking) add "chutney" and fresh cream to the dry ingredients. Fold in eggs. Bake like biscuit.

@Themadraseye It is quite versatile. Take out the garlic and you could make bread sticks, take out garlic and herbs and up the psyllium husk a notch to make a pizza base... Don't put cheese and cream to keep it dairy free... You could take out the egg too to make it vegan but.... I like it there :p

Add a touch of vanilla and sweetener and reduce psyllium husk to make an interesting coconut sweet bread (mine in the photo are a different recipe)
