High Court of Kenya has stopped the implementation of digital biometric registration system #HudumaNamba UNTIL the government enacts legislation to guarantee security of biometric data and to ensure the system is not exclusionary.

History repeating. In 1983 German High Court stopped the Census, demanded massive changes and created the right of "informational self determination" as privacy was no constitutional right. Since that time privacy is one of the topics that me tick.
