Found a better place to get them from, and have thus now definitely read number fifty-four (the final book).
Little disappointed in the ending, to be honest, but my comments in my earlier post still stand, I enjoyed the read overall.
Also now read the #Animorph Chronicles. The back stories for Elfangor, the Visser(s), the Hork-Bijar and the Ellimist.

Not sure why I didn't know about the series sooner, though admittedly I'm not from the US, and was probably not in the target audience when they first came out, so missed them at the time. Only actually heard about the series when someone mentioned them as an alternative to Rowling's stuff. Seemed only fair to give them a look (:*
