There's a new building near me that promises to basically treat you like a child as a feature on its website. They change your sheets and bathroom soap for you, and have a hall monitor. $1900/mo to share a closet with two other people. It hasn't actually opened yet, even though it was supposed to two months ago, lol. The building doesn't even have a sidewalk yet, just gravel pits.
