@aldersprig would a booklet be a reasonable option for some of those? Like, you could add a pocket to your current notebook and keep the booklet there

I'm making a mental list of "things that are just copied over and rarely changed" that could be a pretty little booklet folded into a pocket.
Have to make a pocket, of course. Oh, darn. Not that.
