i really like games like sims or rimworld or whatever where you can have two characters, give them some personality values and see them interact
i also enjoy xcom a lot so when i read about the bonds u can have between your soldiers, i instantly started fantasizing about a more in depth relationship system. like i dont even want it to have any gameplay effects i just love thinking about the characters as actual people
same thing happened while playing titanfall 2. thinking about playing some kinda sandbox mode with a generic mech, and your relationship with that mech developing in some simple way?? code-wise this is probably hard but i just like thinking about it
like i wouldnt want in depth dialogue or ultra realistic relationships or shooting lasers with the power of love. i just enjoy the little added flavor
@ItsMorgan the way the pilot would jump into the mech's arms reminds me of the way my infant runs to be picked up
@ItsMorgan you might like crpgs like pillars of eternity or divinity

@ItsMorgan divinity original sin 2 in particular is quite good specially with this kinda thing, your party members interacting with you and each other and its nice

long ass game tho

@Mooncake i do love crpgs theyre great i just have the attention span of a particularly small fish
