I think my #pixelfed instance had a crash today. After my profile on my own instance was posted to FB I got more then 20 requests at the same time which bricked the mysql server. It got restarted all the time but seemed not to recover. I'm using the setup as in here: https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/blob/dev/docker-compose.yml
