Every girl and every woman have been betrayed by this society. The society which is still busy in finding the religion in the case of rape. The society where women don’t feel safe in public spaces and sometimes inside their houses too. What do you call such a society?.
A society where jokes about #women are casually circulated in #WhatsApp groups in the name of “It’s just a joke. Chill”. And if you think you are not "that" type of man but you remain silent when someone shares that filthy joke with or uses offensive language for women, trust me you enable "those" type of men. You enable that mindset.
How would the event had turned out if Priyanka was not a woman? Do not tell me. Think about it and do some reflections and speak to #men in your family.
