The lowest level of brotherhood in Islam: to not hold any ill-feelings towards your brother in faith.

The middle level: to love for your brother in faith what you love for yourself.

The highest level: giving him preference over yourself.

Allah says,“They give them preference over themselves, even if they too are in need: those who are saved from their own souls’ greed are truly successful.”
[Surat al-Hashr: 9]
