It's just a gimmick by this Sanghi govt. It knows this will be challenged and ultimately Aadhar will not be allowed to be linked with property given failure of Aadhar in multiple fronts.
Now the game will be to cry foul when this scheme fails and say "we tried to weed out black money but opposition has derailed it", and try to take high moral ground.
Another diversionary tactic by incompetent Sanghis.
