@Mischiefkar I think you mean Aurangzeb... Akbar was a child when his father, Humayun, fell down the stairs to his untimely death. There are, by the way, a few different stories on why Humayun fell. There's the pious Humayun who slipped rushing to evening prayers... There's also the drunk Humayun who stumbled in a stupor.
