Richa SinghBTW has anyone done an analysis as to how with zero campaigning and complete lack of interest in Haryana and Maharashtra elections - Congress still managed to put up a decent show?

@richa_singh Plus at least about 7-8 of the biggish leaders campaigned for their own seats. So managed to pull in about 8-10 seats.

@richa_singh true. Although what helped was that at least in Maharashtra they still have some sort of a structure that survives. As broken as it may be.
