Facebook memories has just reminded me that it was three years ago today that I made my first visit to the mother of all parkruns at Bushy park.

I've not made it back there as a runner yet, but did celebrate my 25th time timekeeping with a visit there last September where I timed around 1,016 runners (beating my previous PB of 739)

@andyd be the change you want to see in the world?

It was possible as a "day"trip from Walsall (using an overnight coach to Heathrow, and local buses) but spending slightly more time there (and maybe the Teddington Travelodge) would probable be preferable.
