@prasanna_s @girishNaught we’ve had this institution compromised before by a majoritarian regime... I can’t seem to shake off my need to look into some crystal ball to justify my optimism- sorry

@prasanna_s More than majoritarian, the court is suppressed! On second thought, the damage people did then (when not in power) could've magnified 1000 times now, if the decision was different. May be, just may be, more Land disputes have been saved.
