As such, SC bench finds it Extremely Difficult to adjudicate on these WIDELY DIFFERENT Claims of two main claimants & hence DIRECTS the ELECTED Central Government / Legislative wing as per our constitution,that REPRESENTS all INDIANS & has jurisdiction over ENTIRE INDIA,to TAKE UP the RESPONSIBILITY of LEGISLATING on this Contentious Issue with a VISION to SOLVE this LONG PENDING & FESTERING ISSUE, that may truly be an AMICABLE SOLUTION & has WIDEST ACCEPTANCE among both COMMUNITIES
