Andy MuikherjeeWhen Moody's upgraded India two years ago, the first time it had done so in 14 years, it even mentioned demonetization as a reform. Ironically, on the third anniversary of demonetization, they're cutting India's outlook to negative and saying "reform prospects have dimmed."
