"Today the petition for elimination of bail conditions of the 24 people arrested in the protest against the tree cutting at Aarey was heard in sessions court in dindoshi.

The lawyer from the Aarey police station falsely presented that the accused were not co operating with the bail conditions. Our lawyers presented proofs which stated otherwise. The judge came down hard on the Aarey police station lawyer for presenting false statements...

"The judge extended the surety periods till 4TH December 2019. However, the judge has reserved the judgement for later, after the final hearing on of December 2019, as she wanted time to examine the documents presented.

The remaining 5 will move to court tomorrow for the same application.

All of them together will move to court on the 4th Dec"
