Vidyut#OddEven is okay, Delhi govt should change school vacations to start from Diwali to New Year. Will keep school buses off the road, encourage people to travel out and further reduce those people's vehicles on the road.
Many people tend to take pending leave toward end of year. If kids have vacations too, will encourage getting out of pollution.
