I need some help with cooperatives. Ironically India having rich history of coops, nowadays we can find mostly credit coops, coop banks and consumer coops. So there is not much practice in worker owned producer coops except a few big ones. If there any online meeting, discussion group of people converting for sharing and learning it would be useful for our coop : #coopon. We are struggling with capital and thus miss the focus on producing what we intend to produce, while most of our time deviate in creating other products and services to bring in capital. This offsets our passionate plans and goals.
