@xefros i think theres something called migrannounce that most people use to mass dm, it doesnt work for me personally but you can try it. you can also export ur following list in settings and import it to your new account and then once ppl realize its u they'll probably start refollowing

@xefros its in settings under the tab on the side that says import/export! you go to the place in export where it says following list and click the download button next to that and you can then go into your new account and upload the file you get in the import section
