marrubanyone else on linux w/ celeste getting no sound? i don't have pulseaudio installed, just alsa, and apulse doesn't seem to work either...
from what i can find the solution is unfortunately to install pulseaudio, which is a shame considering everything else I have on steam works fine with alsa
Altazimuth@marrub Why the heck would Celeste only work w/ PulseAudio? Is Celeste natively a thing that works on Linux?
@Altazimuth yeah, it's also the only native linux port i've used that doesn't work with pulse. if I were to run it on Proton it would actually work, but steam doesn't let you choose which version

@marrub I see. That sounds like a nuisance. I wonder what would cause software to only work w/ PA on Linux.
@Altazimuth from what i can gather they're using fmod, which is not only proprietary but probably only cares about pulseaudio
