Toot! v1.9.2 has been released!

This version is a smaller update that just adds creating polls and some bug fixes. OR DOES IT?

Here's what's new:

Looks like I, in typical man-fashion, managed to bungle the submission of 1.9.2 so that Toot! for Men was not actually available!

1.9.3 is now out, which is exactly the same as 1.9.2 except it actually works as it was meant to.
