The depths of a kobold warren, safely removed from the heat of the sun or any natural sources of heat (like a hot spring), seems like a good place for aging beverages. I'm sure a taproom could be a fine business for those wanting to indulge themselves in a hard drink.
This taproom could even sell unfertilized Kobold eggs that have been specially prepared in brine and other flavors as appetizers.
Like the Kobold equivalent of the century egg.
And if you know the right Kobolds you can even get the ones that have been boiled in Kobold urine for that strange exotic flavor.
