I am always ready for shenanigans on April 1st.. but this is something else. And we can't find any animal control that will help this poor guy/gal. Apparently (according to animal control on Vancouver's 311) "Canada geese are not wild animals and are out of durisdiction for animal control"... So who the hell are we supposed to call then?
