I've been making my own tortillas (if you can call them that, they might be more of a crepe) because I can't eat grains so if I want wraps, it's the only way.
Anyway, it's been going really well, but today saw my first catastrophic failure. Totally unsalvageable, had to scrub the pan out and try again failure. The behavior of food is really fucking annoying, basically.
