The DAO Heist Undone: 97% of ETH Holders Vote for the Hard Fork
A 97% consensus has been reached in favor of the hard fork as a corrective measure to undo the 1.5 million ETH heist executed against The Dao last month. The hard fork has to be implemented by July 21, before the thief can split and withdraw the still-frozen funds.
