*skims both articles* Makes sense, but I do think hierarchy can be a symptom of power dynamics.

If this phrasing loses you friends, it's only because it's like going to a doctor for a persistent cough, and the doctor rolls his eyes and says "I don't treat coughs, I treat diseases. Here, take these pills." - "Will these make the cough stop?" - "No of course not, it'll treat the disease. Coughing is how the lungs naturally try to expel excess matter."

Then the doctor wonders why he's losing patients. XD

Good to stir things up though, get people thinking about direct problems (i.e. I feel pressured to do things I don't want to do) instead of abstract ones (i.e. our orga chart is shaped wrong)
