I tried to reply to the initial appeal they denied, and they told me I would have to put in another one because that one was closed. SO I DID. When I went to do that, it said I couldn't put in another appeal, because I already had an appeal that was open and I had to wait for the current appeal to be processed. It's now been over a month and a half and whenever I try to put in appeals, that's the automated response I receive.

I got nothing from any of the letters.

It's so frustrating.
