I need to get more active on Mastodon and there's no time like the present.
@methoddan Sometimes I'm very inactive and other times I post all the time - like when I just set up my own Pleroma instance. I'm not very good at this social networking thing.
@beni I went totally quiet on social media for almost 3 years. We all get ups and downs l guess, sometimes you just have more time to post them others :)

@beni It's definitely a good sign after years of very poor health :) I just didn't feel like engaging or have the energy but that's been better lately.
I'm one of the #Oggcamp organisers again for the 10th birthday yeah. Exciting!
We want to make it a big celebration and bring everyone back together. Lots of work to do on that.

Since I start a new job this summer I don't know whether I make to Manchester for #OggCamp this year, but I'll give my best. We should also get @NYbill over the pond. Without him the band is far from complete. ;)

NYbill@beni @methoddan yeah, I miss the good old days. We won't be doing any traveling this year though. MrsNYbill needs a surgery in March. She'll be fine but, I'm sure she'll be in the mend for a while after.

@NYbill @methoddan I don't use Twitter at all. I might have an account there which I never used, but then I don't even remember the user name.
@methoddan @NYbill I'm generally not very good at advocating and I feel pretty comfortable in my FOSS bubbles. That said, I still do some preaching in the offline world.
@beni @methoddan I'm generally not very social online, period. (Not on the FB's, twitters, Googs, Reddits, etc...)
I'm just social with this little bubble, I guess. Here and on IRC.
As for advocating, I help anyone I can that comes to our LUG or 2600 meeting with a question.
