the standard on here of “dont say anything you wouldnt say in front of a 13 year old” is so subjective, i dont assume most 13 year olds cant stand to see serious topics but the mods seem to be much stricter on it than i would be
i didnt wanna have to be that guy and say MINORS DONT INTERACT cuz i really dont care, i just dont care to always have to tiptoe around whatever random subject im talking about incase someone watching decides its Not Appropriate
admin corrin@cloverdile we aren't really referring to serious topics like politics, we're talking about keeping appropriate boundaries, as an adult, with the users on our site who are as young as 13. that general rule was in response to people talking explicitly about kink or their own sex lives on the public timeline. we've had a LOT of incidents where adults responded to a minor's post with a sex joke or something equally inappropriate.
