@ash_foxie oh its not that, i have plenty but i just got my lip pierced so i cant wear them for a while :(( i appreciate the thought though 🖤

@cloverdile you cant wear lipstick after piercing your lip??????????????????????? oh my god is that why mine hurts so bad??????

@ash_foxie well mine is only a week old, i assume youre not supposed to at least until its healed enough to downsize jewelry? mines a normal labret, whats yours?

@cloverdile i piercedmy lip myself with a touch of benzocaine and standard hollow needles. i wore a ring for like two months or more i think and then swapped it for a labret. i didnt bother looking up proper aftercare instructions and i wore lipstick like constantly. it didnt get infected, but it does get really sore some days.

@ash_foxie oh lord.... well its definitely lucky you didnt get infected but id say wearing a ring while its fresh is enough to make it hurt a lot, mine was pierced with a ring and i kinda Regret That. the first few days were really uncomfortable until i got smarter and started icing it. i dont know why yours would still be sore after healing though

@cloverdile could it be that i pierced it with a larger gauge? i used 12g needles and 14g jewelry. sometimes the back plate to my labrets pop behind the mucous mebrane of my lip and like hide *inside* my lip.

@ash_foxie sounds like the bar is too short then :0 if it gets irritated and swells at all its gonna be really uncomfortable

@ash_foxie oh word, well it doesnt help much now but if you get the chance to order jewelry online its waaaaay cheaper

@cloverdile i normally get my stuff from amazon, its been pretty cheap so far. any other sites youd recommend?
