If the results on your DuckDuckGo search are irrelevant and you've searched for something that's to do with your country, click the switch with the country name. It's off by default and you get much more relevant results by turning it on.

This switch is DDG killer feature for me. I often need to search for stuff in different languages and being able to see the internet from the point of view of people in other countries is amazing.
Qwant kinda has it too but it is a bit more clunky to use.
