ooooh since I can't post elsewhere... Anyone that's on here that lives in or near NY... Several of us have regular leftist get togethers at a bar in NYC and it's always good times.

Yeah... I'm not entirely clear on all that happened. I was dm'd on one issue regarding Tom Joads Ghost (whom I know) and then some b.s. with MG and Lumpy at Actify and they broke up.
Apparently neither man is on the left enough -- idk and nor do I think that's true.

@PattiTweets I think I read that wrong initially. I'm definitely current on any of the personal battles. Love MG and Lumpy to death. Hate to see conflict there. I don't know Tom.
I hate that ppl can't have political differences and remain friends.

Basically, MG was making a point of AAs being impoverished due to racism and somehow it turned into what aboutism. And also that racism isnt the core of AA poverty.
