Agreed, but there's got to be a small distinction. Vacations are necessary, but not sufficient, to fix burnout.
A more humane job that tears the workers as humans is the next step. In my case, I was lucky: My country's laws are still somewhat pro-worker. But good jobs (and well paying jobs) are getting more and more scarse with each year.
