@angel I sometimes get around that by simply requesting the audio to play in a loop until the user interacts with the document.
The worst part is that google will allow your frequently visited sites to autoplay automatically and you can't set these sites manually "It just knows"
@necroforger that's a sound solution. I still haven't found one to mine which is odd because it's absolutely using event listeners to check if the user wants to listen to audio, which to me is "yes" because they clicked a play button on a player.
Nothing autoplays and yet....disappointment. Hopefully Google can see why such a thing is confusing unless there's this incredibly specific way we need to hear out for things to work..maybe im doin it wrong 
@angel Make a popup that asks you to refresh the page until chrome lists it as a frequented site, lol.
Why can't there just be a popup that asks you to allow the site to autoplay if it attempts to and you can revoke and deny access at will. Like microphone access.
