i dont know what the real hunger games are but the simulator is basically random people put into a killing game

@boggan the hunger games is a book set in a dystopian world in which a country is separated into 12(?) districts, each poorer with their distance from The Capitol. as punishment for an attempted revolution, each district must each year send one boy and one girl to compete in a fight to the death for the capitol's amusement. 24 kids go in and over the course of ~1 week, try to survive until 1 victor remains. Some are killed by competitors, others lack of food or water, injuries, suicide etc.

@boggan someone made a game online in which you can simulate one of these games, but text based. So you add in 24 characters and then simulate days in "the arena" until only one remains to see who would be the victor
