You can do a "yule log" where you get a log and imbue it with your intent and desire for the coming year. You can burn sigils in it or wishes for the coming year.
You can also make a wassail with wine/apple juice and mulling spices like cinnamon and clove!
Cleanse your house! (Especially on prep if you're doin this as a gathering) re-up your wards and protections. Hope this helps!
