Tumblr strike 2018: I have been signed out of my account all day but the impulse to constantly check it remains. I just opened the app before I remembered.

@nekobakaz @rettaroo I honestly had to get rid of the app entirely a while ago - I was getting such a dopamine hit from just scrolling and reblogging that I would get lost in it for hours. Not healthy for me.

@WilliamAdcock @rettaroo the app, yeah. I have to close all my social media tabs on my computer to get anything done. Have one browser window dedicated to the thesaurus and citations and just closing down everything.
